— High communicative and managerial skills, experience in conduct of negotiations of different levels;
— Managerial experience not less than 5 years (from 300 employees);

— Controls productivity and efficiency of the warehouse, monitors and is in charge of profitability of the warehouse complex (warehouse characteristics: class “A”, WMS, about 110 000 m2);
— Follows strategic course and maintains commercial development of the company in achievement of economical results, satisfaction of demands and expectation of clients and employees in line with company policy, charter and legislation demands, safety rules, forecasts developed jointly with Operations Director and internal rules of functioning;
— Optimizes resources and organizes of work for the purpose of clients’ satisfaction;
— Develops commercial relationship with the existing clients, offers decision on optimization of logistic processes for the clients;
— Provides all the facilities required for performance of work by the employees;
— Distributes tasks according to the competences and functions of the employees;

— Motivates employees, sets goals for them, estimates their skills and abilities, stimulates employees to comply with their liabilities.
